Greenpeace boss mysteriously exits

Greenpeace USA quietly replaced its executive director with temporary leaders this month, offering little public explanation about her departure. Ebony Twilley Martin, who took over as Greenpeace USA’s executive director a little over a year ago, “has transitioned from her role,” Greenpeace Fund Board Chair Liz Gilchrist and Greenpeace Inc. Board Chair Jakada Imani said in a statement dated July 19 and shared with POLITICO’s E&E News on Tuesday.
